Every day the glamourous executives at MuchMusic are bombarded with emails, letters and carrier pigeons sent from unknown bands 'cross the country, all scrawled with the same plea: "PLAY OUR BAND'S VIDEO! MAKE US FAMOUS!" Well, fine - your time is now, musical friends. Our new show disBand will take unsigned bands, stick 'em with a music industry guru and put 'em through rock star training. Once they pass the challenge test, each band will perform live for a group of industry professionals - where they may succeed to impress, or may be told to (dun dun dunnn)... DISBAND.

• You'll probably remember Greig Nori as the outspoken frontman of Treble Charger, but it's behind the scenes that he makes the most noise. Not only was he Sum-41's manager and in-house producer until 2004, but Greig worked in the studio on Hedley's "Famous Last Words" and Cauterize's "Disguises". As one of the heads of Bunk Rock Music, Greig has managed bands like Broken Social Scene, Gob and Surplus Sons and is currently signed as a producer by Nettwerk Records.

Hello everyone!

I really hope you enjoyed the episode and had party fun times watching it! I know it must looks like we are crazy weirdo creeps but in real life, we are. So thank you MuchMusic for portraying us in such a realistic manner!

This in all honesty was a great experience and for all you musicians out there I highly suggest you try to give this a shot. Of course you have to be prepared with all the ups and downs that come with this, just think of it as a roller coaster because that's what I did and boy you got to love that wind-in-your-hair, no-gravity feeling!
